Proceed with caution, this recipe is hot! And by hot I mean it rocks but it also has quite a kick.
What you need:
Saute (I use 1/2 butter 1/2 margarine) in a large frying pan; potatoes, onion, green peppers, and cherry peppers.
In a sauce pot cook your penne (1/2 pound)
Bread your chicken- in a bowl, beat with fork, eggs and milk. In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs,flour, garlic powder, grated cheese, dash of salt and pepper. Dip the chicken on both sides in egg mixture, then coat chicken in bread crumbs.
In another frying pan heat coated with oil. Place chicken in heated pan and cook on both sides.
When peppers and potatoes are cooked, mix strained cooked penne in pan so penne is coated with juices.
Place chicken on plate, scoop peppers, potatoes, and penne onto chicken.
