Seattle stunned New England with a 24-23 win.

Brady had New England winning 23-10 with a little over 9 mins left. Seattle turned up the heat and over powered and out played New England for the rest of the game. Brady wasn’t able to connect and at one point his own man fell on him causing a sack.** You may not find this sack included in stats on ESPN info, however, Brady was down behind the line so I’m calling it as I see it!***

Braylon Edwards caught Wilson’s pass on a fourth down for a 10 yd TD cutting New England’s lead to one possession. (23-17).

With 1:18 left on a third and two, Wilson launched a rocket 46 yards connecting with Rice for a TD, bringing Seattle ahead after the extra point kick. Brady with 1:14 left tried to bring Patriots back but had a miss, a sack, an incomplete, and finally Wes Welker was stopped short on forth down.

Coach Bill Belichick, ” We had our chance but didn’t do a good enough job.”

QB Stats

Brady career high 36-58 pass attempts, 395, 2 TDs, 2 INT

Wilson 16-27, 293 yards, 3TDs

What do you think about the league this year? Not many with winning records.
