1. Grab a Jar of Chimichurri

What on earth is chimichurri? It is a South American condiment that is spooned over many dishes, but especially grilled meat. It can be used as a marinade as well. Olive oil is the base, and then herbs, garlic, and spices are added. But what most do not know is that you can add a spoon or two of it to your jarred pasta sauce to completely transform the flavor.
