The Grey’s Anatomy Season 9 Premiere is coming on September 27th. Last season left us reaching for our tissues and has started some changes that will make for a must watch season. The plane crash took some lovable characters and is paving the way for new relationships to form as everyone with copes with what has happened.
Derek (Patrick Dempsey) has one seriously messed up hand but bets on Callie having some tricks up her sleeve for repair. Callie wasn’t on the plane but that doesn’t mean she isn’t going to face some tough situations because of it.
Little Grey (Chyler Leigh) didn’t make it through the plane crash and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) has a breakdown. It may seem like another season with unstable Meredith is in the works but she will be mending that with lots of Derek time this year. Yay for romance!
Sloan (Eric Dane) is leaving the show so that opens up the door for a new McSomethingy to step into his shoes. Maybe Jackson (Jesse Williams), even though the season ended with him taking a job at Tulane. Could be Alex (Justin Chambers), although he said he was accepting the job at John Hopkins. Doubting Alex will leave as he is going to struggle with the fact that he should have been on the plane and is going to entertain a new love interest this season.
There will be a wedding this season. Who do you think is going to tie the knot?
